Certified True Copies & Signature Legalization in Tunisia

Certified true copies of originals and legalization of signatures for administrative and international use.

Many procedures abroad require a certified true copy (copie conforme) rather than your original — you keep the original safe, and the receiving authority gets a copy whose conformity is officially attested. Private documents such as declarations, attestations and authorisations often also need a legalized signature before they can be apostilled or legalized.

We coordinate certified copies and signature legalizations with the competent offices (municipalities and notaries) and combine them with sworn translation, apostille or legalization in one single file, so you receive a document that is ready to use.

Prices depend on the document, languages, deadline and destination country, so every file gets an individual, free quote.

Frequently asked questions

Is a certified copy accepted instead of the original?

For most applications (universities, employers, many administrations) yes. Some authorities insist on the original; we check this with you beforehand.

Can a certified copy be apostilled?

Yes, a certified copy made by a competent authority is a public document and can generally receive an apostille, which is often the safest way to send diplomas abroad.

Do I need to be present for a signature legalization?

Signature legalization normally requires the signatory to sign in person with ID. If you are abroad, the consulate of Tunisia in your country can often do it; we prepare the documents for you.

Can you translate the certified copy as well?

Yes. We can deliver the certified copy, its sworn translation and the apostille together in a single bundle.
