When you use the contact form or write to us, we receive the information you provide: name, email, phone number, details of your request and any documents you attach. The server also records technical data (IP address, date) for security.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, carry out the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who receives it

Our team and, where necessary for your file, the translators, notaries, administrations or couriers involved. Emails are processed by our email provider, Infomaniak (Switzerland).

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to an order are deleted after a reasonable period. Order files are kept for as long as required by accounting and legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to info@abc-offices.com, in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63.
